Who should attend:                Word users interested in increasing their productivity by taking advantage of some of Word's time saving features.

Suggested background:          Word Introduction or equivalent experience

Now that you’re comfortable with basic document creation and editing, you’re ready to use some of Word’s powerful features that will let you zoom through your work.  You’ll learn to control spacing, create a table, work with automated features and use advanced editing tools.  You’ll also work with longer documents, adding page numbers, sections, headers and footers.  Now that you have created and saved lots of files, you’ll learn to organize them, and go directly to your favorites.

Manage Your Folders

            Select folders and create new ones

            Add items to the Favorites folder

            View document information
