Course Length:                      2 half-day sessions

 

Who should attend:               Anyone who has created a basic presentation and wants to use PowerPoint’s advanced features.

 

Suggested Background:         Must be comfortable working with PowerPoint and/or taken the PowerPoint Introduction course.  Also, must be very proficient in the Windows environment.

 

In this course, you will learn how to work with pictures, objects and draw shapes.  You will add a table to a slide, enhance your graphs, manage your presentations and add hyperlinks.  This course meets the Microsoft Proficiency guidelines for PowerPoint at the Expert level.

 

Upon completion of this course, you will be able to:

Create circles, squares and other shapes

Size, move, and copy objects

Group, rotate and flip objects

Insert a WordArt object

Work with multiple presentations

Format a chart

Change labels and legends

Change colors and patterns

Import an Excel spreadsheet

Enhance a Slide Show

Insert sound and video clips

Add action buttons

Publish your presentation to the web
