Since the early 1980’s, Sue has been a partner with the end-user community, first as a Business Analyst, then as Information Center Manager for a major retail chain. Under her guidance, the center created courses, trained on both mainframe and PC software, staffed a help desk, and assisted in application development. She joined us many years ago, training and developing courses for a wide variety of software. Sue supervises and directs the professional development of our trainers and courses. She’s tough when it comes to certifying a trainer as qualified to teach a course, to be sure that they are top quality. She presents our Train the Trainer seminar, as well as directing our research and course development. Sue has passed the stringent requirements to receive her Certified Technical Trainer certificate from Comp-TIA.

Debra Rohrbaugh, CEO
As Chief Financial Officer for a sizable manufacturing company, Deb
introduced PCs into the company in 1984, upgrading to a Novell network as the
company grew. In 1990, she oversaw the installation of an IBM System 36
to fully computerize order entry, manufacturing, shipping, invoicing,
receivables and payables. Deb also managed Inside Sales which included
customer service. She joined us more than five years ago, specializing in
Microsoft products, including Excel, Word, MS-Mail and Exchange. She also
trains on ACT! and popular accounting software programs. Deb keeps our
equipment running, installs and troubleshoots software and hardware problems,
while supervising the office staff as well.
Connie has more than 25 years experience in customer service, training, and business management. She developed courses for the American Management Association, InfoSource (a division of CompUSA), and authored and presented video PC training tapes that were distributed world-wide by Keystone Learning Systems. Connie founded several successful PC training centers, creating the highly effective training methodology and training materials now used by CDS.
