Applied Learning Group has been providing personal computer course materials and trainer training to PC training centers, government agencies, banks, insurance companies and other organizations since 1991. CDS Training Resources, a new division of Applied Learning Group, now provides top-quality PC training directly.

With our experience in developing customized training programs for clients, we

conducting employee needs assessments, then custom designing a training program

PC Training and Support On Site
We can provide a trainer who will come to your location, on an
"as-needed" or regularly scheduled basis. They can act as your
training and support resource, to present training classes, offer private

Training for Computer Trainers and Course
Developers
With our extensive experience in training computer trainers, we have developed
several Train the Trainer courses which can be presented for your organization.
We also have Improving Help Desk Skills, Course Development, and Presentation
Skills courses available on request.
